  Men's Auxiliary VFW Post 3943

  The formation of a Men's Auxiliary is authorized under the VFW By-Laws Sec. 1301, Sec. 1302 states - Eligibility requirements as follows:

  "Membership in the Men's Auxiliary to the Veterans of Foreign Wars shall be limited to husbands, widowers, fathers, grandfathers, sons, grandsons, brothers and half-brothers who attained that status prior to age sixteen (16) of persons who were or are eligible for membership in the Veterans of Foreign Wars of the United States.  Members must not be less than sixteen (16) years old."

    Rich Hueston is spearheading the start up and will act as it's first President.  He may be reached by phone at 734-289-3792 the post or by emailing him at kch2003@charter.net .  Applications are available at the post, the cost is $20.00 per year.  Some type of proof of eligibility is required during the sign up process. Ideally a copy of the DD214 of the qualifying relative is submitted with the application; however, if this is unavailable, Rich can assist you in getting accepted proof of eligibility.
